Corned Beef and Broccoli Casserole
1/4 cup dried minced onion
1/4 cup dried minced bell pepper
2 cups chopped corned beef
2 egg yolks, beaten
1 1/2 tablespoon prepared chipote mustard
2 cups white sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 pkg frozen broccoli, cooked
Mix first 7 ingredents.
Mix in 1/2 cup cheese.
Alternate layers of broccoli and sauce in a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
