  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 3 tbl salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning


  • Beat eggs then add rest of ingredients and mix well with stick blender. (If no stick blender use regular mixer or blender)
  • Pour over 3 - 4 lbs chicken pieces and marinate up to 2 days for best flavor.
  • Slowly grill for 45 - 60 minutes.


The story is this was created at the Cornell College and has been passed down for many decades in families on the East coast. Many of our firemen use this recipe for their community BBQ's and it always sells out.
