COSMOPOLITAN TURKEY SALAD

Ingredients

  • 3 cup grapes
  • 2/3 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 tsp curry powder
  • 16 oz cooked turkey breast (I use the Jennie-O turkey breasts found in the meat department or deli department)
  • 2 Tbsp shallot(s)

Directions

  • Put grapes, turkey and shallots in large bowl. Combine mayonnaise, mustard and curry powder, stir into grapes, etc.
  • Refrigrate at least 1 hour before serving.
