COTTAGE CHEESE - SAVORY
Add dijon mustard and salt and pepper.
For a savoury version get some roasted peppers in a can, puree them add some hot sauce, tomato sauce, onions, oregano; puree again & and mix with cottage cheese.
Add fresh cut chives, that set in the frig for at least an hour....Then serve it with a good sprinkle of fresh ground pepper.
Add some chopped cucumber, fresh minced chives and a little fresh chopped parsley. With a little salt and pepper mixed in, let it sit in the fridge for an hour or so, then serve it scooped over some tomato wedges.
