Cottage Potatoes

Ingredients

10 Cooked Potatoes, Cooked and Diced
1/2 Pound Velveeta Cheese, Cubed
1 large ONION, diced
1 slice fresh bread, cubed
1 cup butter, melted
3 tablespoons milk
1 cup cornflakes, crushed


All ingredients can be mixed together dry before, except butter and cornflakes. Refrigeratecovered. Before baking, melt butter and pour over potatoes. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes over top and bake at 325° for about one hour. Put in 9x13" glass baking pan.
