- 2 smoked shine bones
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Wash beans well. Put into crock pot.
- Add bones, salt & pepper.
- Cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
NotesLIma beans here in the South are called butter beans. We use smoked pork to season and cook slowly. Always better the second day. Good eatting!
