Country Cream Dressing

This stuff is wonderful on garden fresh cukes!!!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 c. dairy sour cream
  • 6 Tb. vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tb. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
  • pepper, optional
    •

DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients together, adding pepper to taste, if desired.



Makes about 2 1/4 c. dressing, or enough for 2 qts. tender leaf lettuce or finely shredded cabbage.
