- 2 c. dairy sour cream
- 6 Tb. vinegar
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tb. salt
- 3/4 tsp. dry mustard
- pepper, optional
- Mix all ingredients together, adding pepper to taste, if desired.
- Makes about 2 1/4 c. dressing, or enough for 2 qts. tender leaf lettuce or finely shredded cabbage.
