Country Gravy Casserole
2 pound ground beef
1 onion, chopped
3 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup water
14oz macaroni, cooked
4 oz parmesan cheese, grated
5 cups country gravy, prepared
Brown meat and onion in skillet.
Add next 3 ingredents and simmer until thick and pour into large bowl.
Add macaroni, 3 eggs and cheese and mix well.
Spread in a 13 x 9 baking dish.
Blend 3 eggs and cheese into prepared gravy and pour over macaroni.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes.
Let stand for 15 minutes before serving.
