Country Ribs and Saurkraut
2 1/2 pounds country style ribs
1 16 ounce can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
2 cups unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon caraway seed
Arrange ribs in one layer in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together and put over pork. Bake until pork is tender.
