Why I Love This Recipe
Healthy side dish
Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup of whole grain couscous
16oz of cherry tomatoes
½ cup of fresh basil
4oz reduced fat feta cheese
2 tsp of basil pesto sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare the couscous according to the package instructions.
Chop basil into small pieces.
Slice cherry tomatoes in half lengthwise.
Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix together.
Let chill in the fridge for an hour or until ready to serve.
