Crab And Shrimp Crepes

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups milk
2/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter


In a medium bowl beat all ingredients with a wire whisk. Cover and chill two hours.


Make crepes


Brush non-stick 8 inch skillet with butter and heat on medium.


Brush non-stick 10 inch skillet with butter and heat on medium.


Pour scant 1/4 cup batter into small skillet until top is set and bottom is slightly browned.


Loosen and invert crepe into larger skillet.


Start next crepe. Invert first crepe on paper towels.


Repeat.
