- 2 blocks of cream cheese (I use fat-free)
- 2 cans of white crab meat
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- garlic powder
- Old Bay spice
- In a medium microwave-safe bowl, add both blocks of cream cheese, crab meat and bell pepper. Microwave 125 seconds or until cream cheese is soft enough to mix. Mix ingredients until well combined. Add garlic powder and Old Bay spice. I don't measure either of these. I just put as much or as little as I want. Chill in fridge until ready to serve. Serve with Triscuits (goes well with the black pepper and olive oil flavor Triscuits).
NotesMy supervisor gave me this recipe for crab dip. It's been a party hit ever since. All it requires is a short list of ingredients, a bowl and a microwave.
