1 lb Dungeness crab meat
1 brick cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 can non-marinated artichoke hearts
Mix together crab, cream cheese, mayonnaise, drained artichoke hearts, 1/2 cup of permesan. Spread mixture into baking dish and sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with cut baguettes.

An old friend of mine came up with this variation of crab dip about 20 years ago. We all made it for Christmas Eve and ate so much not one of us had room for dinner!
