Crab Dip

Ingredients

1 ½ c ups frozen crab meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small onion
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/8 cup cold water
1 8 oz package cream cheese
½ cup celery, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise


Heat cream cheese and mushroom soup until cheese melts.


Dissolve gelatin in water and add to soup mixture.


Add remaining ingredients and stir well.


Pour into well greased mold and chill until firm.


Serve with crackers.
