1 head butter lettuce
1 cup white crab meat
4 hard-boiled eggs (sliced)
15 cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
2 tbl black olives slices
1 cup light mayo
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Mix mayo, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
Place lettuce leaves on plates.
Scoop crab in center of lettuce.
Place eggs and tomatoes around edge of crab.
Spoon mayo mixture over crab. Place green pepper and olive slices on top.
