CRANBERRY SALSA DIP

Ingredients

  • 1 12oz pkg fresh cranberries
  • 1/4 green onion
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juice dash salt
  • 2 pkg 8oz cream cheese

Directions

  • In food processor, chop
  • cranberries, onion, cilantro and pepper (can remove pepper seedsunless you want the dip to be hot)
  • Mix all ingredients except cream cheese
  • Store in fridge for 4 hours so that sugar can soak into cranberries
