2 cups lemon sorbet
1 1/3 cup orange juice
2 cups cooked cranberries (cooked covered by water with a couple of cinnamon sticks until the berries pop, then remove cinnamon sticks and drain water)
3 T. unprocessed honey (or more to taste)
Combine the ingredients in a blender.
Blend to desired consistency.

I had cooked cranberries left over from another beverage recipe, so created this smoothie to use up the berry pulp. If you make my "hot cranberry tea," here's what to do with the leftovers! ;)
