Cranberry White Chocolate Shortbread Cookies
1/2 C butter, softened
1/4 C sugar
1 C flour
1/4 -1/2 C dried cranberries
1/4 C white chocolate chips.
Beat butter with sugar and stir in flour.
Stir in cranberries and white chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoon fuls on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350 F for 10-14 minutes. Or until lightly browned. Cool about 5 minutes.
Then remove from cookie sheet. Cool completely on wire racks.
Pairs Well With
I have had this recipe for years. I believe it came out of a magazine, and you can easily double or triple the recipe. I have cut the recipe down in half or by thirds because I do not wish to make a lot of these at once.
