CRANFRUIT NUT BREAD

 

  • Cooking Time: 50-60 minutes
  • Servings: 2 large loaves
  • Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. whole wheat flour
  • 2 c. regular flour
  • 2 c. oatmeal
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 2 T. baking powder
  • 1 can whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 1 pkg Cranfruit
  • 2 t. orange zest

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350`. Line long side of 2 bread pans with Reynolds Parchment Paper, folding 1/2" over edge of pan. Mix oil, sugar, eggs, milk,vanilla,cranberry sauce & cranfruit. Sift dry ingredients & orange zest together & fold in. Divide into pans, & bake 50-60 minutes, test for doneness. Smaller pans may be used just adjust time. Medium pans usually take about 40 minutes, small ones about 25-30.
