CRAWFISH CASSEROLE

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. peeled crawfish tails (Chopped)
  • 3 ribs celery (chopped)
  • 1/2 bell pepper ( chopped )
  • 1/2 bunch green onions
  • (chopped)
  • 1 cans cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 can slice mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 small. jar pimento
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Seasoning to taste

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients & place in a baking dish. Bake @ 350
  • degs. Until done, about 1 hour.
