Crazy Chocolate Cake

Serves | Prep Time | Cook Time

Ingredients

Crazy Chocolate Cake:
3 C flour
2 C sugar
2 tsp soda
1/3 C cocoa
1 tsp salt
Sift together then add:
2 C cold water
3/4 C oil
2 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Frosting:
½ C oleo
½ C Crisco (I use butter flavored)
½ tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 - 2 lb bag powdered sugar
1/3 - ½ C cocoa
½ C milk


Crazy Chocolate Cake:


Mix well, pour into greased & floured 9x13 cake pan & bake 35-40 min at 350 degrees.


DO NOT OVERBAKE.


Chocolate Frosting:


Whip, adding the milk a little at a time, until light & fluffy.


Melt 1/4 - ½ C chocolate chips in microwave with a little margarine (½ tsp) (about 15-20 seconds) until you can stir it smooth, then whip into frosting until well blended.
