I know you will wonder about the coen beef. but everyone who has ever wondered about it has always asked me to bring this to a gathering
Ingredients You'll Need
3 pkgs. 8ozs.
1 lb. Deli corned beef
1 bunch scallions
1 dash worchester sauce
1 Tb. Accent
Divide corn beef in half.
Chopped separately scallions and corn beef.
In a mixing bowl,mix cream cheese,half of the corn beef,scallions,worchester sauce and accent. Mix well,form mixture into ball,place ball into refrigerator for approx. 2 hours(this will allow the cheese ball to get firm)
Remove from the refrigerator and roll cheese ball into the remaining corn beef.
I serve this with crackers or pumpernickel bread torn into pieces.
