Cream Cheese Cups
2 pkgs. (8 oz. each) cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
blueberry or cherry pie filling
Beat first 5 ingredients. Place 1 vanilla wafer in muffin paper in muffin tin. Fill each cup almost full of mixture. Bake at 375ºF for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Spoon fruit on each.
