Cream Cheese Squares
2 pkgs. crescent rolls
2 - 8 oz pkgs. cream cheese, softened
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg, reserve the white
Combine the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla & egg yolk.
Grease bottom of 9 x 13 pan.
Unroll 1 pkg. crescent rolls and spread on bottom of pan.
Spread filling on top.
Unroll second pkg. crescent rolls and place on top of filling.
(When unrolling I press seams together and use rolling pin to get to size of the pan).
Brush top with a small amount of the reserved egg white.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes
