Cream Cherry Pie
Baked 9" pie shell
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream, whipped
1 (1lb. 5 oz.) can prepared cherry pie filling
Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Fold in whipped cream. Spread evenly in pie shell.
Spoon pie filling over top. chill thoroughly before serving.
Note: Substitiute other canned fruit pie fillings for the cherry.
