Cream Puff Cake
½ cup margarine
1 cup water
1 cup flour
In a saucepan bring to a boil the margarine and water, stir in flour till mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each one.
Spread batter on the bottom and slightly up the sides of a greased 9 by 13 baking pan.
Bake in a 400 oven for 25 minutes.
8 oz. cream cheese softened
3 ¾ cup cold milk
3 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
(sugar free pudding mix)
This recipe can also be made without the SF Pudding mix, although my family can't tell that I use SF.
