CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 T oil
- 20- oz Package frozen broccoli
- 2- 10 3/4 oz cans of celery soup (fat free)
- 10 3/4 oz can cream of mushroom soup (fat free)
- 1 cup grated American cheese
- 2 soup cans of fat-free milk)
Saute onion in oil in skillet until soft. Drain and add to slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 3-4 hours.
