Cream of Broccoli Soup
2 cups diced broccoli or cauliflower
1 small carrot, diced
1 cup celery, diced
1 cup onion, diced
Cook the above ingredients until tender.
4 tbsp margarine
5 tbsp flour
1 can chicken broth or 2 bullion cubes and 1 ½ c water
2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Make rue from flour and margarine. Add chicken broth. Add cooked vegetables and heat.
