Cream of Potato and Ham Soup

Ingredients

6 cups Frozen Shredded HashBrowns –thawed (loosely packed)
1 cup Celery –chopped
1/2 cup Onion –chopped
1/2 cup Carrots –shredded
16 oz Diced Ham
1 cup Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 cups hot water
1 cup Carnation Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
1 can Healthy Request Crm Mushroom Soup
1 tsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
1/8 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbls. Chicken Base (Better than Bouillon)


Combine dry milk powder and water. Stir well. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Can be cooked on the stovetop until done – or 6-8 hours on low in a crock-pot.


6 Servings – 11/2 cup each serving –
