Cream of Soup (Condensed, Gluten Free)
3 TB cream cheese
1 3/4 C milk
3 TB rice flour
salt to taste
Heat cream cheese up, add milk, and whisk in rice flour and salt to taste (if you want it close to the real thing, you have to add a lot of salt).
Stir constantly over medium heat until bubbly, keep stirring until the mixture gets very thick.
You can then add mushroom chunks or whatever you want to flavor it with.
Can add parm cheese (1/4 cup).
