- 2 cups cooked chicken
- 1 tbl oil
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup fresh chopped mushrooms
- 1 cup sour cream
- cooked egg noodles
DIRECTIONS
cook the onion wiht oil in a fry pan until tender. add cooked chicken and stir and heat until warm Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes then add soup simmer 5 minutes then add sour cream. Serve over egg noodles
