Creamed Spinach with a Twist
1 lb. of fresh spinach, cooked (or frozen cooked spinach)
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 cup half-and-half
2 Tbsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 hard-cooked egg, chopped finely
Cook your spinach. Add all remaining ingredients except the egg and heat through. Garnish with sieved hard-cooked egg.
