CREAMED SPINACH WITH A TWIST

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. of fresh spinach, cooked (or frozen cooked spinach)
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 cup half-and-half
  • 2 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped finely

Directions

  • Cook your spinach. Add all remaining ingredients except the egg and heat through. Garnish with sieved hard-cooked egg.

Notes

My kids never liked spinach until I made it this way. They always asked for it to be made this way!
