CREAMY ARTICHOKE DIP
- 1 can artichoke hearts in water, chopped
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups mayo (can be light)
- 8 oz. cream cheese (can’t be light)
- 1 medium onion, minced
- 4 oz crabmeat (optional)
Combine and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until light golden brown of top.
I have been making this for ages and it ALWAYS turns out great:) You could even make it in ramekins and serve with french bread and a salad.
