Creamy Chicken, Garlic, Onion & Broccoli over Egg Noodles
chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
yellow onion, roughly diced
salt and pepper (optional)
Steam the broccoli florets and cook the egg noodles. In a large skillet, saute the chicken until it's cooked through but not browned. Add the diced onion and garlic and cook until the chicken is well browned. Add the heavy cream and the cheese, stirring well. When the broccoli is done, add to the skillet and mix well. Add more cream and cheese if needed. Add the egg noodles, again adding more cream and cheese if you want and mixing everything together.
