CREAMY CHICKEN STEW

Ingredients

  • 8 sm red potatoes, quartered
  • 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 can reduced fat condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 pkg Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1 c frozen peas
  • 2 lg carrots, diced
  • 1/2 c light sour cream

Directions

  • Mix water, soup and Italian dressing mix
  • Throw all ingredients except sour cream into the crock pot
  • Cook on low for 6-8 hours
  • Stir in sour cream before serving
  • Can serve with biscuits
  • 1 serving is 6 WW points
