Creamy Lemon Pie
1 8 or 9" graham cracker crumb crust
3 egg yokes
1 can of sweetened Condensed Milk
1/2 cup lemon juice
Whipped Cream or Whipped topping
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
In large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks, stir in sweetened condensed milk and Lemon juice Pour in to prepared crust, bake 30 minutes.
Top with whipped cream.
Garnish as desired.
