Creamy Mashed Potatoes
2 pounds potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 cup sweet milk
4 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Place potatoes in dutch oven. Cover with water; bring to a boil. Cook over medium-high heat until tender, about 10 to 20 minutes; drain. Return potatoes to dutch oven; add milk and butter. Mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Makes 6 servings.
