Creamy Oven Baked Potatoes
8-10 large baking potatoes (I used red potatoes that I had peeled and sliced)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
2 ( 10 3/4 oz.) cans cheddar cheese soup
1 soup can milk
1 container french fried onions (Funyuns)
Preheat oven to 375
Peel and slice potatoes
Put half of the potatoes in a 9x13” baking pan that has been sprayed with a non stick cooking spray. Then sprinkle on the can of french fried onions. Top with remainder of the potatoes.
Mix soups and milk. Mix til smooth. Pour over potatoes.
Cover and bake for 1 1/2 hours. Then uncover and finish baking for another 15 minutes.
