Creamy Pea Salad
1 pkg (16 oz) frozen petite peas
3 hard-boiled eggs
1/4 cup light mayo
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/3 cup chopped sweet onion
1/8 tsp salt
Cook frozen peas as directed on package.
Drain and cool.
Mix celery, onion, salt, pepper, mayo and sour cream thoroughly in a small bowl.
Place peas in a medium bowl.
Slowly add creamed mixture to peas until the peas are covered to taste.
Cover and refrigerate one hour.
