Creamy Peppermint Pie
one graham cracker crust
24 large marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
6 drops peppermint extract
5 drops red food coloring
1 cup cool whip
2 peppermint candies, crushed into very small pieces
Heat marshmallows and milk until marshmallows melt.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, peppermint extract and food coloring.
Refrigerate until rounds when dropped from a spoon.
Add cool whip.
Pour into pie shell and refrigerate overnight. Just before serving sprinkle the crushed peppermint candies over the top of the pie.

This is also good with a chocolate graham cracker crust.
