Creamy Potato Salad
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
3 tbs sweet pickle relish
1 tsp white vinegar
Pepper to taste
2 pounds unpeeled small red skinned potatoes - cooked and drained
Mix all ingredients except potatoes in a large serving bowl until well blended.
Add hot potatoes, toss to coat.
Serve warm or at room temperature
