Creamy Ranch Slow-Cooked Spuds
3 lbs. Small red potatoes (whole)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (softened)
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of potato soup
1 pkg. (1 oz.) ranch dressing mix
2 banana peppers chopped up small (optional)
Place potatoes in crockpot. Mix cream cheese, soup, banana peppers and dressing mix and pour over potatoes. Stir lightly. Cook 4-6 hours on low. If you can, stir every couple of hours.
