Creme de Menthe Pie or Grasshopper Pie
1 prepared chocolate crumb pie crust
24 large marshmallows
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup creme de menthe
1 cup whipping cream, whipped stiff
1/2 squar semi-sweet chocolate
In a double boiler melt the marshmallows in the milk.
Let cool slightly, then add creme de menthe and fold entire mixture into whipped cream.
Pour into pie shell.
Sprinkle with shaved chocolate.
Refrigerate 2-3 hours before serving.
