CREOLE PUNCH
INGREDIENTS
- Servings: 1
- 5 cracked ice cubes
- 1 1/2 parts port
- 1/2 part brandy
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- lemonade, to top up
- TO DECORATE
- 1 orange slice
- 1 lemon slice
- pineapple chunks
- cocktail cherries
DIRECTIONS
Put half the ice into a cocktail shaker
Add the port, brandy and lemon juice
Shake to mix
Put the remaining ice into a goblet
Pour the cocktail over it
Top up with lemonade
Decorate with fruit
