CREOLE PUNCH

Ingredients

  • 5 cracked ice cubes
  • 1 1/2 parts port
  • 1/2 part brandy
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • lemonade, to top up
  • TO DECORATE
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 lemon slice
  • pineapple chunks
  • cocktail cherries

Directions

  • Put half the ice into a cocktail shaker
  • Add the port, brandy and lemon juice
  • Shake to mix
  • Put the remaining ice into a goblet
  • Pour the cocktail over it
  • Top up with lemonade
  • Decorate with fruit
