Crisco's® Stir-Fried Broccoli
1 1/2 cups broccoli florets, (bite size pieces)
2 tablespoons CRISCO® Oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Heat Crisco Oil in wok or large skillet on medium-high heat. Add broccoli. Stir-fry 2 minutes.
Add water and salt. Cover pan. Steam 3 minutes. Remove broccoli from pan with slotted spoon. Toss with cheese. Serve immediately.
