- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- ¾ cup butter flavored Crisco
- 5 tablespoons ice water
- Cut the Crisco into the flour and salt with a pastry blender. Using a fork to mix, add the water and stir until blended. This will make a crust for a double 10 inch pie.
NotesI have tried many recipes for pie crust and this is the one that works best for me. It makes a nice flaky crust.
