Crispy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients You'll Need
1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
1 cup walnuts or pecans, chopped and toasted
Directions
Beat butter on medium to high speed for 30 sedons. Add brown sugar, sugar, baking soda and salt; beat until combined. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined. Beat in as much of the flour as you can with the mixer. With a wooden spoon, stir in remaining flour. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until edges are browned. Cool on wire rack. Makes 60 cookies
