CRISPY FRENCH TOAST

Ingredients

  • Loaf of French Bread
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • powdered sugar

Directions

  • Cut bread into 1 inch slices
  • Scramble eggs
  • add milk to eggs
  • add sugar and cinnamon to eggs
  • dip slices of bread into egg mix
  • brown bread in frying pan for 2 1 min on each side
  • sprinkle powdered sugar on top
