Crispy Fried Chicken
1 fryer chicken, cut up
salt or meat tenderizer
1 pint milk
Lay pieces of chicken out on a cutting board or other suitable work area. Salt the pieces then allow them to sit for 5 minutes. A meat tenderizer may be used instead of salt.
Next, soak the chicken pieces in 1 pint milk and 2 eggs. Flour the pieces and allow them to become gooey.
Next, start re-flouring and immediately place the pieces into a skillet of hot grease or oil. Brown the pieces lightly then arrange them on a cookie sheet.
Place the cookie sheet filled with chicken into a 350 degree oven and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
