CRISPY ICE CREAM TREATS
Crispy Ice Cream Treats
I just came back from a week cruise in the Mexican Riviera and ran in to the nicest women at a wine pairing dinner we went to. She was kind enough to share this recipe with me. Thank you, Debbi!

INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup melted butter
- 1 cup coconut
- 3 cups Rice Krispies
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Toast this all together in a 350 degree oven for aobut 1/2 hour. Stir it occasionally.
- Remove from oven and add 3/4 cup brown sugar stirring until melted together.
- Put half of mixture in 9x13" baking pan then slice a half gallon of ice cream and lay slices on top of mixture. Top with remaining crispy topping and freeze. Cut in to bars.
